Cecil received his real estate license in 1986, received his broker's license in 1989 and then started Shenandoah Real Estate. Cecil's sole purpose getting into real estate was to be able to purchase his own properties for personal and business use.
Cecil currently owns properties in Augusta, Rockingham and Rockbridge Counties. He is also the owner of Central Insurance Services of Virginia, Inc. and Cen-Tax Tax Services.

Serena McGee - Associate
Serena received her real estate license in 2005 and has been working under her father's company ever since. Serena specializes in Residential Real Estate and will be pursuing her broker's license in 2012.
Serena is also an insurance agent with Central Insurance and the Manager and Senior Tax Preparer in the Cen-Tax Tax Services office in Waynesboro, VA.
Serena is the owner of Shenandoah Tax & Bookkeeping Services that is located in Raphine, VA.
